Caroline Wedge Cec

Caroline Wedge MBA CEC has an extensive background in the financial services industry, with experience at various credit unions. Caroline started their career at Vancity in 1999 as a regional manager before moving on to become a senior director at Vancity Credit Union in 2004. In 2008, they joined First West Credit Union as the Director of Operations & Continuous Improvement, eventually rising to the role of Vice President in this department in 2019. Additionally, they also held the position of AVP Retail Banking and Insurance at Envision Financial from 2008 to 2013.

Caroline Wedge completed their MBA in 2009 at Athabasca University. In 2012, they pursued further education in Executive Coaching at Royal Roads University.
