Lila Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in instructional design and graphic design. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer and Learning and Development Advisor at First West Credit Union since April 2018, Lila specializes in creating effective learning solutions. Prior roles include Graphics & Web Database Designer at MINISIS Inc., where Lila designed user interfaces and instructional materials for clients, and Designer & Project Coordinator at Veridamo Photography, managing graphic design and marketing projects. Lila's background also encompasses roles as Associate Art Director at Pacific Rim Magazine and as an Art Teacher at Colegio Bilingue Madison.
