Paul Foster

Paul Foster has held various senior roles in the banking industry, starting as a Senior Account Manager at CIBC in 1989. Paul then moved to Vancity Savings Credit Union as a Senior Manager in Business Banking before joining HSBC Bank Canada as a Regional Operations Manager. Currently, Paul is working at First West Credit Union, where they have held positions as Vice President of Credit Process and Vice President of Credit Risk Management.

Paul Foster's education history includes a degree in Project Management from UBC Sauder School of Business in 2005, an Associate degree in Institute of Canadian Bankers from Canadian Securities Institute in 1996, a degree in Business Admin from Simon Fraser University in 1989, and completion of high school at Lakes District Secondary in 1982. In 2017, they obtained a certification as a Certified Lean Greenbelt Champion from Lean Sensei International.
