Jill Leeseberg

Jill Leeseberg has a strong background in sales and financial analysis. Jill started their career as a Regional Sales Manager at Geneva Capital, where they successfully developed a sales and target market infrastructure for the South Central United States territory. Jill consistently exceeded quotas and increased company revenue by driving up profit margins. Jill also worked as a Financial Analyst at Geneva Capital, where they compiled and analyzed client credit and financial information, secured financing and leasing lines of credit, and supervised credit reviews. Jill later joined Beacon Funding Corporation as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for originating and underwriting equipment lease transactions across the United States. Jill built sustainable partnerships with key target vendors and achieved significant sale originations per year. Most recently, Jill served as Vice President at First Western Bank & Trust, managing sales, marketing, customer support, and service of various products. Jill developed processes and strategies to increase referrals and revenue and was responsible for customer and internal team presentations, sales training, and product training.
