Bill Gilbert

Bill Gilbert currently serves as the Executive Director of Enterprise Technology at First Western Trust since August 2023. Prior to this role, Bill held multiple senior positions at Catalyte from December 2018 to September 2023, including Managing Director of Digital Transformation and Executive Vice President, focusing on building technology workforces through AI and data science. Bill's extensive experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Statera, Partner at Cysive, and Director of Distributed Application Development at IHS Energy, where responsibilities included managing various technology projects and operations in the energy sector. Bill began a career in engineering with Sedco Forex (Schlumberger) and holds two Master's degrees in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
