Cristian Delgadillo

Cristian Delgadillo is a Mortgage Loan Officer at First Western Trust since October 2025, following a role as Community Development Mortgage Loan Originator at Alpine Bank from August 2023 to October 2025, where the focus was on assisting low- and moderate-income and minority families in achieving homeownership. Cristian has established strong relationships with community partners, real estate professionals, and nonprofits to enhance access to affordable lending programs. Previously, Cristian worked as a Mortgage Loan Processor at Bay Equity, LLC from March 2021 to August 2023 and gained initial experience as a Customer Service Representative at State Farm® in 2020.
