Matthew Tuggle

Matthew Tuggle is an experienced banking professional currently serving as Market President at First Western Trust since April 2025, focusing on C&I and CRE credit facilities. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions as Senior Vice President and Market President at Citywide Banks from June 2011 to April 2025, managing over $135MM in loans and comparable deposits. Matthew also served as Senior Vice President at Community Banks of Colorado from May 2006 to June 2011 and was Vice President at Bank of the West (formerly Commercial Federal Bank) from May 2003 to May 2006. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder and completed education at the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado from 2010 to 2012.
