Michael Glass has a diverse work experience. Michael is currently a Board Member at The Cycle Effect, a organization that aims to provide young women equal opportunity and access to mountain biking, with a focus on serving BIPOC participants. Prior to this, they served as the Market President at First Western Trust. From 2007 to 2019, they worked as a Director at Holy Cross Energy, and from 1997 to 2019, they held the role of President at Alpine Bank. Michael Glass received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Adams State University from 1993 to 1997. Michael furthered their education at Regis University, where they obtained their MBA in Business from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Michael also holds certifications in the Valueselling Framework from ValueSelling Associates, Inc., which they obtained in November 2020, and in High Performance Mindset from Compete to Create, which they obtained in April 2019.
