Kim Vender Moffat

Kim Vender Moffat has extensive work experience, beginning with their role as Managing Director at Sterling Partners in 2008. In 2016, they became a Board Member at Platinum Dermatology Partners, and in 2017 they took on the role of Managing Partner at Rosa Partners, providing advisory counsel, interim leadership and/or investment for family offices, private investment funds and companies with a focus on socially impactful businesses. In 2018, they became an Investor in Residence at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and in 2019 they joined First Women's Bank as a Board Director (Hold Co.) and Founding Member, as well as Impact Engine as a Board Director and Investment Committee Member. In 2020, they became an Advisory Board Founding Member at IDiF, and in 2021 they became an Advisor at Healthwell Acquisition Corporation I and Executive Director, President’s Office at The Aspen Institute. Finally, in 2022 they will become Chairman of the Board at Chicago Red Stars.

Kim Vender Moffat has a diverse educational background. Kim received a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where their field of study was Management & Strategy. Kim then obtained a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. Lastly, they attended Harvard University, although no degree was obtained.
