Bode Odetundun

Bode Odetundun currently serves as the Managing Director at First World Communities Ltd since February 2025. Prior to this role, Bode held the position of Group Head, Real Estate Advisory at Investment One Financial Services Limited from July 2022 to January 2025. Bode’s experience includes serving as the Head of the Special Assets Department at Polaris Bank Ltd. from April 2019 to June 2022, where a focus on asset sales and executive collaboration was key, as well as a tenure as General Manager at Mainstreet Bank Estate Company Limited from April 2015 to September 2018, overseeing the firm's real estate portfolio. Before that, Bode was the Head of Sales, Marketing, and Research in the Project and Structured Finance Department at Skye Bank PLC from April 2008 to March 2015, successfully managing a substantial sales portfolio. Bode started the career at Prudent Bank Plc as a Resident Compliance Officer. Academic qualifications include a Master’s and Postgraduate degree in Estate Management from London South Bank University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management from OAU Ile-Ife.
