Additionally, they worked as a People and Organisational Development Consultant at AGA PERFORMANCE LIMITED, where they provided consultancy services focused on diagnosing client needs and developing solutions to deliver business results.

Debbie has a strong background in learning and development, highlighted by their roles at Grass Roots and Ford College. At Grass Roots, they served as the Global Head of People Development and Head of Leadership + Training Delivery. In these positions, they designed and implemented learning solutions to address clients' challenges in culture change, values identification, skills development, and more. Similarly, as the Head of Leadership + Management at Ford College, Debbie collaborated with other agencies to develop the curriculum for Ford dealer staff.
