Russell Caten has extensive experience in event management and production, holding key roles at notable companies. As the Event Management Team Lead and Event and Venue Specialist at Google from January 2022 to June 2025, Russell developed strategic event initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as the Event and Production Coordinator at YouTube from February 2020 to December 2021 and as the Venue & Event Operations Manager at Skills Matter, overseeing operations at Code Node, Europe's largest tech venue, from November 2015 to November 2019. Additional roles include Promotions Manager at Mansion Nightclub and Bar Manager & DPS at The Old Hat. Russell began a self-employed career as a Music Producer, DJ, and Promoter in 2006, while also earning a Bachelor's degree in Creative Music Production & Business from the University of Westminster in 2012.
