Victoria Deluise

Director, Venue Sourcing at FIRST

Victoria DeLuise has extensive experience in event management and coordination. Victoria has held various roles at different companies, starting in 2002 as a Conference Coordinator at Nathan and Lewis Securities. In this role, they successfully organized conferences of different sizes, managing all logistical details and negotiating contracts with vendors.

From 2005 to 2006, Victoria worked as a Concierge at FAIRMONT TURNBERRY ISLE RESORT AND CLUB, where they provided exceptional personalized service to guests, exceeding their expectations and creating memorable experiences.

In 2006, they joined Genesis Exchange as a Marketing & PR Coordinator, where they played a key role in organizing the inaugural annual conference. Victoria managed logistics, secured sponsorship packages, and handled travel arrangements and accommodations.

Victoria then worked at Meeting Dynamics & Dynamic Productions Inc. from 2008 to 2009, where they served as a Proposal/Program Manager. Victoria excelled in developing comprehensive proposals and overseeing all aspects of event planning, including staffing, setup/teardown operations, budgeting, and financial reconciliation.

From 2009 to 2010, they worked at ME Productions as a Program & Operations Manager. In this role, they executed innovative corporate event concepts and managed all elements of event planning, from event décor to transportation logistics, catering services, and entertainment.

Starting in 2011, Victoria joined Grass Roots Meetings & Events as a Project Manager and later as a Senior Project Manager, Event Management. In these roles, they led teams in executing multinational incentive and corporate meetings, managing budgets of up to $14 million per event. Victoria oversaw all aspects of event planning, including venue sourcing, strategic meetings management programs, and vendor relationships.

Most recently, Victoria joined FIRST in 2017 as a Senior Project Manager and later as the Director of Venue Sourcing.

Victoria DeLuise is a post-crisis hospitality management certificate holder from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, with a field of study in hospitality administration/management. Prior to that, they obtained a bachelor's degree in sports, entertainment, and event management from Johnson & Wales University, completed between the years 2002 and 2006.
