Jeff Merwin, PMP, CSSGB has a strong background in the banking industry, with experience spanning over several decades. Jeff started their career at Barnett Bank in 1988, where they served as a Regional Manager for ten years. After that, they joined Citizens Community Bank as a Senior Administrative Officer, overseeing core systems, ATM systems, compliance, and retail performance. In 2001, they joined Riverside National Bank as EVP Director of Retail, where they managed sales, operations, and risk management for 60 branches and 500 employees. Jeff also had responsibilities in cash management, call center management, and project management. In 2010, they joined FIS as a Project Manager Specialist in the PMO, working until 2013. In 2013, they became the President & CEO at Firstar Bank, a position they currently hold.
