Amy Murray

Amy Murray has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Adjunct Instructor of Voice at Shenandoah Conservatory of Shenandoah University in 2007. Amy also worked as an Assistant Adjunct Instructor of Voice at Shenandoah University during that time. In 2008, they joined First Bank as a Universal Banking Associate and gradually moved up to the role of Senior Universal Banking Associate. Currently, they serve as an Assistant Vice President - Banking Center Manager at First Bank. Alongside their banking career, Amy pursued their passion for music by working as an Opera Singer and Voice Teacher, both independently and as an Adjunct Instructor of Voice at Shenandoah University. Amy held these roles until November 2021.

Amy Murray's education history includes obtaining a Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) degree in Vocal Performance from Shenandoah University, which they attended from 2004 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Music (MM) degree in Vocal Performance at Indiana University Bloomington from 2000 to 2003.

Amy also holds a Bachelor of Music (BM) degree in Music Education from James Madison University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, during their time at James Madison University, they specialized in Vocal Music Education.
