Andy McLean

Andy McLean began their work experience in 2001 at Essex Bank, where they served as an EVP until 2010. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at Middleburg Bank as the EVP/Chief Lending Officer. Since 2017, they have been the Market President at First Bank Virginia.
