Tina Puckett

Tina Puckett has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Tina started their career in 1988 as an Assistant Vice President & Branch Manager at Highlands Union Bank, where they focused on developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and participating in community affairs. In 2013, Tina joined TruPoint Bank as a Regional Vice President, overseeing branch operations, lending, and sales management. Tina then moved to First Bank of Virginia in 2015 as a Branch Manager & Vice President, where they built strong relationships with customers, managed the sales team, and enforced corporate policies. Tina joined New Peoples Bank in 2016 and held multiple positions, including Vice President and Vice President & Area Manager. In these roles, they resolved client issues, motivated banking professionals, ensured adherence to policies, and handled day-to-day operations. Most recently, Tina joined Farm Credit of the Virginias in 2021 as a Loan Officer.

Tina Puckett attended Chilhowie High School from 1982 to 1986, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Later, from 2005 to 2007, Tina enrolled at the University of Virginia, specifically in the School of Bank Management, where they obtained a degree in Bank Management.
