Greg Graham

Vice President Commercial Lending at FirstBank Southwest

Greg Graham has over 40 years of experience in the banking and real estate industries. Greg currently serves as the Vice President of Commercial Lending at FirstBank Southwest, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Commercial Lending at Happy State Bank for five years.

In addition to their banking roles, Greg has also held executive positions in various companies. Greg was the President of Kismet Properties, Inc., where they were responsible for all investment, administrative, financial, and operational decisions. Greg created and organized the company and served as the sole active owner from June 1991 to February 2017.

Greg also served as the President of Stelaron, Inc. from May 1998 to January 2017. Furthermore, they contributed as a member of the Board of Directors for Canyon Exploration Company and Playa Petroleum Inc from January 2001 to July 2011.

Greg began their career at The First National Bank of Amarillo in 1983 as a Credit Analyst and eventually became a Vice President in Commercial Loans. At the bank, they handled marketing, preparation, and servicing of commercial loans to a wide range of businesses and professionals. Their expertise covered various sectors such as wholesale, retail, manufacturing, cattle, oil & gas, commercial real estate, law firms, accounting firms, and healthcare. Greg worked at the bank from January 1983 to June 1991.

Greg Graham began their education at Amarillo College in 1978, where they studied for a year before transferring to Texas A&M University. Greg attended Texas A&M from 1979 to 1982 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance. After completing their undergraduate studies, Greg returned to Amarillo College from 1986 to 1988 and obtained a diploma in Commercial Lending from the American Institute of Banking. In 1989, they briefly studied at the West Texas A&M University College of Business, where they took a graduate course in SEC Accounting.
