Beth McBrayer has extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry. Beth began their career as a Legal Recovery Specialist at Ford Motor Credit, where they handled bankruptcy and repossession portfolios and successfully increased recovery of monies. Beth then worked as an Administrative Supervisor at the same company. Beth then joined First Union as a Financial Business Analyst, where they coordinated the flow of financial information and compiled financial statements and budgets. Beth later worked at First Tennessee Bank as a Quality Control Team Lead, where they researched, analyzed, and resolved issues related to retirement plan accounts. Beth also served as a Financial Planning Analyst at Affinion Group, where they gathered financial data, ran profitability analysis models, and presented analysis to senior management. At Regions Bank, Beth held various positions including Credit Underwriter, Senior Credit Underwriter, Portfolio Manager, Senior Portfolio Manager, and Credit Learning Development Consultant. Beth'sresponsibilities in these roles included analyzing financial information, evaluating commercial real estate projects, managing employees, training underwriter associates, and preparing credit approval presentations. Finally, Beth worked at SmartBank as a Regional Credit Analyst, where they prepared credit analysis, developed credit guidance, and created resource tools and training curriculum for credit underwriting teams. Currently, they are employed at FirstBank as a Group MH Portfolio Manager, VP. In this role, they manage a team of Portfolio Managers, Analysts, and Admin Assistants, with a focus on portfolio and process quality. Beth also supports the Market President to drive revenue and partners with Risk Management to ensure excellent credit quality.

Beth McBrayer holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Beth further pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Memphis in 2002-2003. Additionally, they have obtained a Lean Green Belt certification from Regions Bank. Beth also attended Samford University for Business Administration and Management studies, although the degree obtained is unspecified.
