Mandy Thomas

Mandy Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Mandy began their career in 1994 as an Executive Assistant to the Campaign Manager at Tennesseans for Thompson, where they gained experience in writing, budgeting, and event coordination. Thomas then worked as an Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff for Senator Fred Thompson at the United States Senate. In 1998, they became the Director of the ACEC Political Action Committee and Grassroots at the American Consulting Engineers Council. From 1999-2000, Thomas served as the Southern Regional Representative for the Republican Eagles at the Republican National Committee, where they traveled throughout the Southern U.S. raising funds for various political campaigns. At Vanderbilt University, they worked as an Assistant Director of Development, managing fundraising initiatives and alumni communications. Thomas also held the role of Director of Scheduling at Alexander for Senate, Inc., where they developed and coordinated a statewide schedule for a U.S. Senate campaign. Mandy then served as the Director of Marketing at TapeOnline.com and Lifeview Resources. Most recently, Thomas worked at FirstBank as an Executive Assistant before being promoted to Executive Communications Director in 2020.

Mandy Thomas obtained a B.A. in Liberal Arts with a specialization in Speech Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville between 1988 and 1993.
