Sean Sanchez

Sean Sanchez currently serves as SVP - Head of Client Services at FirstBank, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Sean held various senior leadership positions at First Citizens Bank, including SVP - Director of Consumer Deposits and Debit Strategy and SVP - Managing Senior Product Manager, Consumer Deposits and Debit. Experience also includes serving as Senior Vice President at Cadence Bank, N.A., and Vice President at BBVA Compass, where noteworthy achievements include the development of the Select(SM) Credit Card and the implementation of a differential pricing model for consumer deposits. At Laredo National Bank, Sean advanced through several roles, culminating in Assistant Vice President Credit Product Manager. Sean's education includes a Wharton Leadership Certificate and an ABA Graduate Banking Diploma from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, as well as a Marketing & Management Diploma from the ABA Bank Marketing School.
