Milena Rodrigues is an accomplished engineering professional with a strong background in full stack development and team leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Lead at Firstbase since January 2022, Milena successfully launched the Mailroom product and has led an agile team focused on third-party integrations and API development. Previous experience includes a full stack engineering role at Be Compliance, where Milena contributed to General Data Protection Act compliance features, and a Software Developer position at Mangotex Industries, where Milena developed an ERP system. Early career experience includes an internship at Atrati Consulting, developing customized web applications.
