Joseph Vu

Joseph Vu is a Senior Wildlife Biologist and Regulatory Specialist at FCS International, conducting focused species surveys for special-status wildlife and leading regulatory permitting efforts under CEQA, NEPA, ESA, and CESA. Previously, they held positions as a Wildlife Biologist at FirstCarbon Solutions and GPA Consulting, where they performed various avian surveys and wrote environmental documents. Joseph has completed a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science and Management from the University of California, Davis, and an Associate's Degree in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from Orange Coast College. Their extensive experience includes biological assessments, mitigation planning, and project management, emphasizing compliance with local conservation requirements.
