Rachel Duff

Rachel Duff has been a People Operations Manager since 2016, first at ADEC Innovations and then at FirstCarbon Solutions, an ADEC Innovation. At FirstCarbon Solutions, they are responsible for searching for highly skilled team-members, encouraging engagement and learning, and helping colleagues achieve their career goals. In 2022, they will join Cameron-Cole as a People Operations Manager.

Rachel Duff has a Certificate in Human Resources Management from UC Irvine. Rachel is also a Notary Public, obtained from the State of California in June 2021, and is First Aid / CPR / AED Certified from EMS Safety Services.
