Payel Bakshi

Payel Bakshi is currently working as a Human Resources Management at Firstchoice Ready Mix since December 2021. Prior to this, Payel held the position of Human Resources Manager at EDCONS EXPORTS PVT LTD from June 2013 to February 2020. Payel completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from the Institute Of Engineering and Management in 2013 and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Marketing Honors from the University of Calcutta in 2011. Additionally, Payel has completed a Management Development Programme in Managing Organizational Change from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and is currently pursuing a Research Scholar degree from Lincoln University College.
