Aaron Erwin CEng MIET MAPM currently serves as Associate Director at Firstco since August 2024. Prior to this role, Aaron held the position of Global Engineering and Quality Manager at BBA-reman from 2008 to January 2015, where key achievements included the development of a new test box that halved repair time and comprehensive project management for product repairs. Aaron also contributed as Project Manager in Research and Development, focusing on sourcing components, designing test boxes, reverse engineering, and documentation. Earlier career experience includes work as an Electronics Technician, specializing in fault finding and precise soldering. Educational qualifications include an HND in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Kent and a National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mid Kent College, along with 9 GCSEs from Aylesford.
