Arun Nair

Arun Nair is an experienced professional in the retail and merchandising sectors, currently serving as Director at FirstCry.com (BrainBees Solutions Ltd.) since July 2021, where responsibilities include managing two rapidly growing private label brands in the elder kids segment. Prior to this role, Arun was Category Head at MS Retail India Ltd., focusing on process reinvention and upskilling from February 2019 to September 2024. From May 2014 to February 2019, Arun worked as Division Manager for Buying and Merchandising at TPG Wholesale Private Limited, leading sales growth and profitability initiatives. Earlier experience includes Senior Manager in Buying and Merchandising at Spencer's Retail Limited and Deputy Manager at BIGBAZAAR - Future Value Retail. Arun holds a PGDM in Business Administration from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Textile Design and Development from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi.
