James Stoll

James Stoll is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing at FirstElement Fuel, Inc., where responsibilities include building and operating retail hydrogen fueling infrastructure since September 2023. Previously, James held dual roles as Operations Manager and Facilities Manager at Kirkhill, Inc., leading a team focused on equipment maintenance, tool repair, and LEAN implementation for a significant aerospace manufacturing facility. Prior to that, James served as the Environmental Compliance, Health and Safety Manager at both Esterline Engineered Materials and Triumph Processing - Embee Division, overseeing safety programs and compliance for large-scale manufacturing operations. James began the career journey in retail and marketing, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from California State University, Fullerton.
