Brandon Lloyd Shields

Brandon Lloyd Shields is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst focusing on Customer Insights at FirstEnergy since October 2022. Shields manages relationships with CX vendors to create a comprehensive customer experience feedback program, handling contract hours and developing new feedback instruments. Additionally, Shields teaches Business Analytics courses at Kent State University and previously held the position of Associate Director of Assessment, Analytics and Accreditation at the same institution, where impactful accomplishments included creating consumer segments using machine learning and coordinating the college's strategic plan implementation.
