Delaun Gaston

Delaun "Lon" Gaston, PMP, currently serves as an IT Project Manager IV at FirstEnergy since November 2022. Previously, Delaun was the Manager of Projects for Idaho National Laboratory's Wireless Test Bed from December 2016 to November 2022. Delaun's extensive experience in project management includes over 19 years at Nokia - Nokia Networks, where responsibilities encompassed New Product Introduction management, KPI metrics establishment, and high-volume customer deployment projects exceeding $100 million in budget. Earlier roles included Field Manager at LXE Inc., Field Engineering Specialist, and Field Service Engineer at ITT AVIONICS, alongside military service as an Aviation Radio Repairman in the United States Marine Corps, holding significant technical and project management expertise throughout. Delaun is pursuing a Master's in Information Technology Project Management and holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from the University of Idaho. Security clearances include TS with SCI and DoD SECRET.
