Doug Saltz

Doug Saltz has over two decades of experience in the energy sector, primarily with FirstEnergy, where roles have included Director of Project Management, Director of Operations Services at CEI, Director of Performance Improvement, Plant General Manager at Davis Besse, Director of Site Maintenance, Manager of Site Maintenance, Shift Operations Superintendent, and Shift Manager since March 2004. Prior experience includes serving as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy from July 1992 to July 2013, and as a Unit Supervisor at Exelon Nuclear from October 2000 to March 2004.
