Emily Grnach is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of Ethics and Compliance in Training and Communications at FirstEnergy since December 2021. Prior to this role, Emily accumulated over a decade of experience at FedEx Custom Critical, where positions included Operations Supervisor, Educational Instructor, Dispatcher, and Customer Service Representative. Earlier career beginnings were with Blockbuster as Store Manager. Emily holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University and possesses multiple certifications from ATD, including Master Trainer, Master Instructional Designer, Designing Learning, Coaching, and Project Management for Learning Professionals, as well as an LPEC Certification from ECI.
