Jason Wallace

Jason Wallace currently serves as the Director of Customer Analytics and Reporting at FirstEnergy, a role focused on enhancing customer experience, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this, Jason held the position of Manager of Operations at Jersey Central Power & Light Co from January 2022 to September 2022, overseeing operations for the Cookstown Line Department District and Central New Jersey Meter Services. Jason's extensive experience at FirstEnergy includes roles such as Manager of Meter Services, Manager of Revenue Operations, Supervisor of the Customer Contact Center, and Supervisor of Revenue Assurance from June 2013 to February 2022, along with earlier positions as a Business Analyst and Meter Reader from November 2002 to July 2012. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Malone University and an Associate's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Alliance University.
