Jessica Rishel

Jessica Rishel has over 15 years of experience at FirstEnergy, currently serving as the IT Intern Program Owner and PMO Consultant. Previously, Jessica held roles including Supervisor of Quality Assurance, where leadership was provided for the Customer Service Analytics team, and was instrumental in implementing a First Contact Resolution measurement system. Jessica has extensive experience in Business Process Analysis and Product Development, contributing to cross-functional teams and managing Energy Service Agreements for national clients. Prior experience includes a Technical Writer role at Honeywell, and an earlier position as Sales Coordinator/Business Analyst at FirstEnergy. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University.
