Kristine Connor

Kristine Connor is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and program management. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Win Room Lead and Program Manager at FirstEnergy since November 2017, Kristine has successfully led a large staffing project, exceeding the initial goal of filling 300 roles by 100 additional positions. Prior roles include Corporate Recruiter at FirstEnergy, Recruiter at Glotel, Inc., and Technical Recruiter (Contract) at American Bridge Company. Kristine has also held staffing analyst and recruitment positions at Crown Castle and CVS Caremark Corporation, demonstrating a solid background in full-lifecycle recruiting across various industries.
