Garry Senff Chartered FCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries and roles. Garry has recently held the position of Group Talent Director at FirstGroup plc, a leading transport services provider in the UK. Prior to that, Garry worked as a Senior HR Business Partner - Corporate at FirstGroup plc.

Garry is currently enrolled in the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) programme at Cambridge Judge Business School, starting in 2023. In terms of certifications, Garry is a Chartered Fellow (Chartered FCIPD) of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) since 2012.
