Katie-Jane Harding

Katie-Jane Harding has a strong background in HR, with a focus on the transportation industry. Katie-Jane began their career at First UK Bus in 2012 as an HR Business Partner, where they worked until March 2019. In 2019, they joined First Bus as the Head of Human Resources, and later moved on to First Manchester in the same role. Most recently, Katie-Jane has been serving as the Head of HR for the Midlands & South Yorkshire region at FirstGroup plc since June 2020.

Katie-Jane Harding completed a Postgraduate Diploma in HRM from Leicester De-Montfort University between 2010 and 2012.
