Peter DeRosse is a retired Certified Human Resource Professional with over 15 years of experience in human resources management. They have successfully negotiated and created over 60 collective agreements and participated in numerous labour arbitrations, demonstrating a strong commitment to strategic labour relations. Peter's notable roles included serving as Labour Relations Manager for First Group Canada and Director of Labour Relations at Sodexho MS, where they developed comprehensive labour relations strategies and managed complex employee relations issues. Peter holds an MBA in Human Resources from McMaster University and a BA in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University.
