Natalie Hartley is an experienced human resources professional with extensive leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Caivan Communities since January 2021, Natalie has also held key positions such as Senior Director of Human Resources at DYMON Storage and Director of Human Resources at both Ferguslea Properties and The Agency for Co-operative Housing. Previous experience includes consulting in human resources for the WaterStone Foundation for Eating Disorders and leading the HR department at Lionhart.
