Allison Welsh

Allison Welsh is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior People Partner at firsthand since May 2023. Prior to this role, Allison spent several years at Care New England/The Providence Center where positions included Human Resources Director and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Key achievements include leading HR initiatives for a large behavioral health organization, implementing performance management frameworks, conducting compensation equity analyses, and introducing talent acquisition initiatives aimed at enhancing diversity. Allison began a career in human resources at The Providence Center in 2005 and has held various roles, focusing on employee relations, compliance, and workforce development throughout a progressive career. Allison holds a degree from Skidmore College.
