Vandy Sears

Vandy Sears has a strong and extensive work experience in the banking and financial industry. They began their career at FirsTier Bank in 2004, where they served as a Vice President Commercial Loan Officer until 2011. After that, they joined Promontory Financial Group as a Quality Assurance Manager from 2011 to 2013. Sears then moved to Ocwen Financial Corporation as a Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager from 2013 to 2015. They then joined Cadence Bank as a Vice President ERM Senior Credit Review Officer in 2015. They eventually returned to FirsTier Bank in 2016, this time as the Chief Executive Officer until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Credit Officer at FirsTier Bank starting from 2023.

Vandy Sears attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy. They pursued further education at Regis University from 2010 to 2012, obtaining a Master's degree in Accounting.
