Dawn Thompson-Jones is an experienced property operations executive currently serving as SVP of Property Operations at FirstKey Homes since October 2017, with previous roles including VP of Field Operations and Regional Vice President of Operations overseeing the Western Districts. Prior to FirstKey Homes, Dawn held the position of Regional Operations Manager at American Homes 4 Rent from February 2016 to October 2017, and served as District Manager at Sun Communities & Sun RV Resorts from July 2010 to February 2016. Responsibilities have included budget control, operational planning, report preparation, financial management, resident and employee relations, contractor negotiations, community maintenance, marketing, leasing, and sales.
