Mark Hilger

Mark Hilger is a technology and product leader with over 20 years of experience in enterprise transformation and SaaS platforms. Currently, they serve as Vice President of Technology at FirstKey Homes, where they oversee Product Management, Data Engineering, QA, and AI initiatives. Previously, Mark held roles such as VP of Customer Facing Technology at InnerWorkings and Senior Product Manager at MarcomCentral, where they focused on driving large-scale digital initiatives and improving organizational operations. Mark earned a BS in Management Information Systems from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
