Steve Rudd

Steve Rudd is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the construction and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Construction West at FirstKey Homes since February 2018, Steve previously held positions including Director of Construction at Southwestern Custom Construction and A.V.P. of Construction and Maintenance at American Homes 4 Rent, where management of over 25,000 rehabbed homes spanned 32 national markets. Additional roles include General Manager at Michelin’s Off Road Training Facility and at DX10, overseeing manufacturing operations, as well as management positions at Chase Western Custom Cabinets and R & K Specialized Homes, Inc. Steve Rudd earned an Associate of Science degree from West Hills College Coalinga between 1987 and 1989.
