Andrew Brydges

Andrew Brydges is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in community relations and energy efficiency. Currently serving as the Director of Community Relations at FirstLight Power since September 2022, Andrew previously held roles such as Account Executive at Energy Systems Group from April 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities included developing innovative and cost-effective energy solutions. Andrew’s prior positions include Energy Efficiency Account Executive in the Government Sector at Eversource Energy, Consultant to Eversource Energy’s Municipal Program Support, Director of Institutional Programs at Connecticut Green Bank, and Senior Director of the Renewable Energy Generation Division at Massachusetts Clean Energy Center. Andrew began a career as a Principal Consultant at KEMA, Inc. and as a Project Geologist at Tetra Tech Rizzo. Andrew earned a B.A. in Geology from Carleton College between 1988 and 1992.
