Matthew Vestal

Matthew Vestal is an experienced professional in the field of corporate strategy and renewable energy, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Strategy at FirstLight Power since January 2021. Prior to this role, Matthew held multiple positions at NYSERDA from May 2017 to October 2020, including Senior Advisor and Project Manager for Large-Scale Renewables. Matthew's career also includes experience at Capital Dynamics, where positions ranged from Associate to Senior Analyst, as well as roles at GE Capital in both Development and Fixed Income analytics. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics, specializing in Aerospace Systems, from The University of Kansas.
