Jason Pugh

Jason Pugh is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading and managing IT operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Rayson Technologies since February 2025, Jason specializes in building scalable data lake and analytics solutions for mid-market organizations. Previously, as the VP of Technology at FirstLight Home Care, Jason managed corporate IT and advanced data initiatives. Other notable positions include Chief Technology Officer and Co-Owner of Tributary Technologies, and Senior Director of Business Technology and Innovation at ServiceMaster, where Jason played a key role in an enterprise restructuring. With a strong background in software engineering and architecture, Jason has contributed to high-impact projects in both philanthropic and defense sectors and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and a Master's degree in Software Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
