Jennifer Rydwelski

Jennifer Rydwelski is the owner of FirstLight Home Care, starting in March 2025, where the focus is on providing compassionate care that honors dignity and nurtures independence. Prior to this role, Jennifer was self-employed as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) in early 2025 and served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Curi RMB Capital from February 2005 to December 2024, having also held positions as Chief Compliance Officer and Director of HR and Operations. Jennifer's career began at Harris Associates as a Fund of Funds Partnership Accountant from April 1994 to April 2000 and includes experience as Chief Compliance Officer at The Burridge Group, LLC from May 2000 to February 2005. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Illinois State University, earned between 1987 and 1991, with a minor in Spanish.
