KIM MCGRAW is an experienced human resources and talent acquisition leader, currently serving as Vice President of HR and Talent Acquisition at FirstLight Home Care since December 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing HR policies and enhancing national recruiting efforts. Previously, KIM held the role of Senior Human Resource Manager at Bosch Automotive Service Solutions, LLC, and spent two decades at Procter & Gamble in various HR leadership positions, including North America Regional HR Leader for Global Mobility, where KIM led the relocation of over 3,500 employees annually. KIM's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Mount St. Joseph University.
