Larry Roberts

Larry Roberts is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and operations. As the Managing Director and Owner of FirstLight Homecare of SouthBay since 2014, Larry oversees business operations and strategic direction. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Loadmaster with the California Air National Guard from 1992 to 2014, and positions such as Dean/Program Director at Westwood College and General Manager at Delta Air Lines, Inc. Larry began a career in the U.S. Army as a Medical Specialist from 1980 to 1987. Academic qualifications include an MBA in International Business from California State University-Dominguez Hills, a Master’s in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Operations from the same institution.
